Artist Statement
My spirituality is touched day-to day life.

My Art is always related with what happens to me and to our environment at the time of my inspiration. My hands fulfill into my blank canvas what my emotions tell. My technique is mixed media, mostly collage and acrylics.

During the 80’s, my children growing up, my country Argentina getting in shape, so my paintings were joyous, vivid, and colorful.

During the 90’s, the politicians engulfing for them, broke our country, and all of us. But while reaching out, helping, I got in touch with the Indigenous people, learned so much from them and of course it showed in my paintings. Beautiful scenes from the past just popped out when I was painting, adding cultural background to my collages. And also some dark paintings from everyday life came out.

Now I am living in Florida for the past 3 years. I am enjoying color again, inspired by these tranquil surroundings.

It is with great satisfaction that I see that my new paintings bring the two worlds bonding into one.
